‘I designed this lamp with the image of a bird perched silently under the moonlight in mind.’says the japanese interior designer Yukio Hashimoto. This Moonbird lamps prototypes are individually carved and made for Japanese lighting manufacturer Yamagiwa.
The Moonbird lamps was presented at the milan design week 2009. The sculptural form of this moonbird lamp is enhanced by the natural material of its body - wood.
